Pergola Park-Over

Enjoy the west facing vistas of our North Otago park-over. Located 7km from Oamaru township, flat site parking nestled between greenery and a pretty pergola on our spray free, bee friendly, small lifestyle block. Views of Kakanui Mountains over rolling farmland. Stunning big sky sunsets to finish your day and hearten the travelling experience.
There is a designated, walking/cycle track nearby that leads into town with an easy wander to the Heritage precinct, Penguin Colony, Botanic gardens from where it connects to the Alps 2 Ocean trail.
Fresh water on-site but no power and self-contained vehicles only. No toilet or dump station. No dogs as sheep and cattle are often in the paddocks below and we have free range chickens on our adjacent home garden located 100m south of the pergola.
We are motorhome owners ourselves and have appreciated the many private park-overs found during our travels so we are pleased to offer ours as a unique, quirky location. We live and work on site but there is plenty of privacy between our home and garden and the Pergola Park-over.
