Each villas ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a large flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and radio. TV coverage is cable/Sky with all channels available for viewing. This floor has underfloor heating in the kitchen, a, electric wall heater and a gas fireplace. A small private courtyard with table and chairs looks out towards the lake - perfect for dining, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The villas top floor houses the three bedrooms; a master king-double, a second queen-double room, and a third king-double (splittable) room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with under-floor heating a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom, also with under-floor heating has a basin, shower and toilet. The laundry, with sink, washing machine and dryer is also on this level. Also available, upon request are portacots, high chairs and stair safety-gates if travelling with infants - please let us know your requirements and they will be installed and fully made up for your arrival at the villas. No keys are required for the villas, access is by digital key-pad, making access easy, simple and convenient. Although there is no on-site Reception or Staff, our head housekeeping staff has been with us for many years - presentation is immaculate, and support is available from your villas phone.
