NZ Agency Tours is part of a larger international tour operator called “Te-Ra Discovery Tours”. We have been specialised in tours and holidays for international travellers for about approximately 15 years. We are adapting to the new times by focusing on domestic and local work providing tours, event management solutions and transport services for Kiwis.

Cancellation Policy
We will provide A full refund or credit for a future date for cancellations more than 24h prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% for bookings cancelled within 24h of your scheduled start time or for no-shows.
If your tour is cancelled by NZ Agency Tours we will try to reschedule your tour to another day (subject to availability). If this is not possible we will provide a full refund.
