Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Free-Cancellation Policy
Bookings (online or by phone) are considered firm bookings. You may cancel or postpone your booking for any reason by giving us notice at least 24 hours before you are booked to jump with us. You may be charged in full for the booked skydive if you do not give us 24 hours notice of cancellation or do not arrive at your booking time.
Weather Cancellation Policy
If the weather is unsuitable for jumping on the day of your booking, we will attempt to find another suitable time to complete your skydive. If you have prepaid for your skydive and you are not able to jump due to weather cancellations made by our team, you may be entitled to a refund* (excluding any booking or credit card fees). If you prepaid directly with TTS, we can process any refund direct, otherwise you will need to contact your booking agent.
*Please note, this does not apply if you are paying by gift voucher -gift vouchers are not refundable for cash. Refer the terms and conditions for other options for Vouchers below.
Exclusion of liability for Costs associated with Cancellation or Postponement
We are not liable for any inconvenience, costs or expenses you may incur due to cancellation or postponement of your jump.
