Home to The Lookout, a private 1-bedroom eco-villa, and the Takahe Suite, a private 1-bedroom suite, both overlook Lake Te Anau and the majestic mountains of Fiordland National Park. Both accommodation options offer couples a peaceful, private and spacious self-catered retreat from which to explore Fiordland’s extraordinary landscapes – from Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound to world-renowned Great Walks and some of New Zealand’s darkest skies.

More than 14 days prior to reserved check-in: A full refund, minus a NZD $25 administration fee.
If you did not pay by card (and so no card transaction fees were paid on your behalf), just the administration fee will be payable.
We are unable to refund into non-NZ bank accounts.
Within 14 days of reserved check-in time: For cancellations made within 14 days of your booked arrival (including the 14th day prior), your payment will be retained and no refund will be issued.
No-shows are non-refundable.
We are a small, family-owned business, and cancellations truly do impact us. We request that you please cancel with as much notice as possible.
