Cancellation Policy
1. Travel Insurance: We do not provide travel insurance. By booking with us, you agree that you will have your own comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for pre-existing illnesses.
2. No-show: No-show case starts when we have received no contact with you or any prior information about possible waiting, and when you are not available at pickup point. Driver-Guide will make reasonable efforts to reach you on your provided contact details. Driver-Guide will wait for 2-4 hours at or near pickup point (wherever driver-guide can lawfully wait). If there is still no contact with you, then the booking will stand canceled with 100% cancellation cost.
